As Suits Me scaled its digital marketing efforts, the team ran into a critical issue: key platforms—including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads - were reporting inconsistent and inaccurate figures. Conversion tracking was unreliable, attribution was unclear, and the marketing team lacked confidence in performance data. This created risks around media efficiency, budget allocation, and decision-making at both tactical and strategic levels.
